Policy Statement
The College President has the sole authority to declare a specific premises or venue as an exclusionary zone. Therefore, except as provided herein, without the express written consent of the College President, no faculty member, staff member, student, or student group may represent a specific premises or venue as "off limits" for concealed carry of handguns.
In order to justify a request to the College President that concealed carry of handguns be excluded from a premise or venue, the requester must provide evidence that a concealed handgun at that premises or venue creates some special danger by virtue of the nature of the premises or venue or the activities or events thereon. Written request for exclusion must be provided to the College President's office at least 30 days prior to the date of the event.

This form is used to request exclusion from campus carry for specific activities, events, or premises in accordance with Paris Junior College policy and applicable Texas law. Submission does not guarantee approval.
